Warranty

We offer a 90-day warranty on craftsmanship of every piece. Warranty does not cover damage to the jewelry due to wear-and-tear, lost items, or pieces that have signs of improper care (see Jewelry Care). To inquire about repairs, please email us at care@betsyspain.com within one year of your order date and include your name, order number, a brief description of the issue, and a photo.

Outside the warranty date? Please email us with the same information as above and we will assess the concern and provide a repair and shipping estimate, if applicable.
