Returns & Exchanges

We offer returns on eligible pieces for exchange of equal or greater value, or store credit. We do not offer refunds on any return orders. All returns must be made within 30 days of the order date, have no signs of wear or damage, and must include all original packaging and tags. Sale and clearance items are final sale. Cancellations

We may begin making your jewelry within hours of receiving your order, so it may not be possible to change or cancel. However, if we have not started production yet, we’ll make every effort to accommodate your change. Please email us at orders@betsyspain.com with your name and order number as soon as possible.
