As each piece is handmade especially for you, production times vary based on order volume (higher around holidays and during sale times), complexity of the piece, and number of items ordered. Typically, items ship within 1-3 business days, but may be up to 5 business days in peak times.

What if I’m in a rush?

Please check with us about production lead times before your order. If you need your order fast, email us at care@betsyspain.com with the name of the piece(s), your name, and your requested timeframe. We make every effort to accommodate our customers and will let you know what is possible. Rush fees and rush shipping rates may apply.

SHIPPING

We offer free UPS Ground Saver shipping on orders over $125 in the continental US. You also may choose expedited shipping service. Typical shipping lead times:

• UPS Ground Saver / 2-7 business days
• UPS Ground / 1-5 business days
• UPS Second Day Air / By the end of the second business day from your order
• UPS Next Day Air Saver / By 4:30pm the next business day
